Terms & Conditions for Services Provided

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or otherwise engaging with any coaching, consulting, mentoring, or advisory service offered by Griffin Spectrum Group LLC ("Coach," "Consultant," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or continue using our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Griffin Spectrum Group LLC. Your continued participation in any session, program, course, or service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

Griffin Spectrum Group LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Coaching and consulting services provided by Griffin Spectrum Group LLC are intended for educational, motivational, and developmental purposes only. Our services are not a substitute for professional advice from licensed practitioners including, but not limited to:

• Licensed therapists, psychologists, or mental health professionals
• Licensed medical doctors or healthcare providers
• Licensed attorneys or legal counsel
• Certified financial planners, investment advisors, or accountants
• Any other licensed or regulated professional

Nothing communicated during any coaching or consulting session — whether verbal, written, or otherwise — constitutes legal, medical, financial, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. You acknowledge and accept that the Coach is not acting in any licensed professional capacity.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take, or choose not to take, as a result of coaching or consulting services.
• Coaching and consulting involve exploratory conversations and frameworks. Any actions you take based on these conversations are entirely your own responsibility.
• You are the expert on your own life, business, and circumstances. The Coach provides tools, perspectives, and support — not directives or mandates.
• You assume full and complete responsibility for any outcomes, consequences, or results (or lack thereof) arising from your participation in our services.
• You are responsible for your own mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing at all times during and after engagement with our services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to communicate openly and honestly throughout the engagement.We believe that a strong community is key to success. That's why we organize regular events that bring together our employees, partners, and local residents. Join us for our next event!

Griffin Spectrum Group LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, profits, business, data, or opportunities
• Physical, emotional, or psychological harm or distress
• Decisions made or actions taken based on coaching or consulting content
• Failure to achieve desired results, goals, or outcomes
• Any third-party claims arising from your participation in our services

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Griffin Spectrum Group LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or participation in our services
• Any action or decision you make based on coaching or consulting sessions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any misrepresentation or inaccuracy in information you provide to us

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of any agreement between you and Griffin Spectrum Group LLC.

Griffin Spectrum Group LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding any specific outcomes, results, performance improvements, revenue increases, business growth, or personal transformation arising from our services.

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of results shared by us or by past clients represent individual experiences and are not typical. Results vary significantly between clients based on a wide range of personal factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to effort, commitment, background, circumstances, and market conditions.

You acknowledge that your results will depend on your own actions, decisions, and effort, and that we bear no responsibility for outcomes that differ from your expectations.

Coaching and consulting services are not mental health treatment and are not appropriate as a substitute for therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care. If you are currently experiencing or have a history of psychological or emotional difficulties, mental illness, trauma, or crisis, you are strongly encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional in addition to — or instead of — engaging coaching services.

You agree to immediately notify the Coach if you experience a mental health crisis, self harm, or any situation that poses a risk to your safety or the safety of others. In such events, you agree to contact appropriate emergency services or licensed professionals.

Griffin Spectrum Group LLC. assumes no liability for your mental, emotional, or physical health outcomes during or after participation in our services.increases, business growth, or personal transformation arising from our services.

Any discussion of business strategy, income, revenue, pricing, investment, or financial planning during coaching or consulting sessions is for exploratory and educational purposes only. Nothing communicated during sessions constitutes financial or investment advice.

You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make, and you are encouraged to consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney before making significant financial decisions. Griffin Spectrum Group LLC shall have no liability for any financial loss or harm arising from decisions you make based on coaching conversations.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal and business information shared during sessions. The Coach will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, for safety reasons, or with your explicit written consent.

You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute proprietary frameworks, tools, methodologies, or materials provided during coaching or consulting sessions without prior written consent from Griffin Spectrum Group.

Sessions may be recorded only with the explicit prior consent of both parties. If a session is recorded, such recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or published.

By engaging our services, you grant Griffin Spectrum Group LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to capture, adapt, and use the themes, situations, challenges, insights, and narratives that arise during our coaching or consulting engagement for educational and content purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts, articles, and online content
• Books, e-books, workbooks, or other written publications
• Courses, workshops, keynotes, or training materials
• Podcasts, videos, or other media formats

This license is granted on the condition that Griffin Spectrum Group LLC will exercise reasonable care to anonymize all such content by removing or altering any information that could reasonably identify you, including your name, business name, location, or any other personally identifiable attributes. The anonymized content will be used solely to illustrate broader themes, patterns, or lessons applicable to a general audience.

You understand and agree that this use does not constitute a disclosure of your confidential information, as the identifying attributes will be removed or sufficiently altered. Griffin Spectrum Group LLC retains full editorial discretion over how such content is presented and published.

If you wish to be credited by name or have your story told with identifying details included, this requires a separate written agreement. Your consent to this section does not obligate Griffin Spectrum Group LLC to use your story in any publication, and no compensation is owed for such use.

Session cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee at our discretion.

For programs or packages: refunds are available within 5 days of purchase, provided fewer than 2 sessions have been completed. After this period or threshold, all fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

In the event that Griffin Spectrum Group LLC cancels a session, a full reschedule or refund for that session will be offered. This constitutes our sole and entire obligation in such circumstances.

All content, frameworks, methodologies, workbooks, tools, recordings, and materials created and shared by Griffin Spectrum Group LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of Griffin Spectrum Group LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use materials shared during your engagement for your personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.  You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in any representative capacity. You agree that any claims must be brought in your individual capacity only.
